The wall capping on our facades (especially above garages and feature walls) is incomplete. This causes ugly stains over time, and more importantly lets moisture seep into the wall gaps — which can cause the Hebel panels to expand and crack within their designed life expectancy.
Add bespoke wall capping to every location where it was originally missed. I’ve consulted colleagues at the architectural firm I work for — it’s a straightforward fix carried out by an experienced roofer. This will stop further water ingress and protect the walls long-term.
